## Written prayer

Heavenly father, I thank you for your son, Jesus, whom I adore. I want to tell you how much I love him. I appreciate your loving kindness and generosity toward me, and all of us lost in sin. Without your grace and Christ’s obedience, I would not know you and be blinded from your truth. Oh, what a tragedy that would be for me. I don't know where I would be without you. I understand why people came from all around to follow you Jesus. They heard about your miracles and how you healed the sick, delivered the demon possessed, and even raised the dead. They saw the love of God the father demonstrated in practical ways and not just empty words. You touched the needs in their lives and gave them hope. You spoke about the kingdom of heaven with loving authority in a way they had never heard before. It was about grace and not rules. It was about love and not sacrifice. It was about relationships and not performance. You told them, whoever has seen me has seen the father. You and the father are one. I pray the world will know you like I do, as the merciful and loving savior who meets my every need. In Jesus name amen.
