## Written prayer

Dear Heavenly Father, Your love is vast, like the expanse of the heavens. Your love is deep, like the depths of the sea. Your love is tender, like a mother to her newborn child. It seems too great a task to emulate that love – to show it to others. Yet You give us that command nonetheless. You have commanded me to love others as You have loved me. I know this is impossible without Your Spirit guiding me and empowering me. So, today as I reflect on Your goodness, I pray that You would help me show love to everyone around me.

In Jesus’ name, Amen.
