## Written prayer

Dear Father, I seek Your presence and wisdom today. It's easy to go about my daily tasks without stopping to think about what I'm doing or saying. I feel pressured to move at a fast pace. Please help me to slow down and listen to others when they need my attention. Grant me with wisdom so that I may listen attentively and with care. Please help to rid my mind of any judgment so that I can emphasize and connect with others. Allow my thoughts to be flooded with wisdom so that I may always reflect Your kindness and forgiveness through my words and actions. Amen.
