## Written prayer

Dear Lord, You are righteous and just, and You see every wrong that wounds this world. Yet I thank You for the mercy You have shown me, because I, too, stood in need of grace. You did not treat me as my sins deserved, and Your kindness has humbled my heart. Teach me to trust Your justice when evil seems unchecked, and Your silence feels long. Guard me from taking vengeance into my own hands, and help me rest in Your perfect timing. Let me live as one who has received mercy—quick to forgive, slow to judge, and faithful in love. You are the God who judges rightly and saves generously. I choose to trust Your justice, rejoice in Your mercy, and rest in Your unfailing grace. Amen.
