## Written prayer

Dear Lord, we come to you with hearts that long for courage and lasting strength. You call us forward, yet we hesitate so often. Doubt rises quickly, telling us we are too weak, too uncertain, too fragile to move. We confess that we rely on what we can see and the reassurance of others more than the power of your unfailing word. But you are the One who sustains us. You breathe strength into weakness and bring hope into places that feel empty. Teach us to hear your voice above all others. Remind us that when you speak, your words are promises that hold firm and cannot be broken. Free us from our need for constant validation, and root our courage in you alone. Fill us with renewed faith so we may step forward without fear, trusting your Spirit to carry us. Strengthen us to run this race with confidence until your promises are fully revealed. Amen.
