## Written prayer

Dear God, We ask for Your guidance and wisdom in our daily lives as we navigate feelings of anger and desires for revenge. Help us to recognize the destructive power of our words and to use them carefully and intentionally. May we speak truth in love and use our words to build others up, rather than tear them down. We pray for the strength to resist the temptation to gossip, complain or speak harshly, and instead to cultivate a heart of gratitude and kindness. May our words reflect Your love and grace, and may our lives bring glory to You.
