## Written prayer

My Father and My God, thank You for being a great example of honesty, courage, and forgiveness. Please help me to follow in Your footsteps. Allow me to speak kindly to others in a way that You would speak. Fill my mind with positive thoughts before I fall asleep so that I can encourage good behavior and motivate others tomorrow. Father, wrap my heart in kindness so that I may see the light in others just as You see the light in me. May You always be at my side to remind me to be the best version of myself so that I can end each day with peace. May Your love protect me tonight as I sleep. Amen.
