## Written prayer

Jesus, thank you for understanding everything I am going through. The guilt of my sin often prevents me from seeking your face because of my shame. As your child you encourage me to come bravely into your presence where I can obtain your forgiveness and mercy. You felt the pain of my humanity when you entered into this world to bring salvation. It is comforting to know you desire to extend grace to help me in my times of trouble. You are my wonderful Savior and sovereign Lord. I am grateful for each new day I have to learn of you and your kingdom. Your teaching me the beauty of your benevolent nature. Thank you, for loving me. Amen.
