## Written prayer

Dear God, I come to You seeking relief from my anxiety and restlessness. I need Your help to calm my anxious thoughts and soothe my troubled heart. Lord, I pray that You give me the strength and courage to face my fears and doubts. Help me trust in Your love and provision, even when things are uncertain. I know that You hold my life in the palm of Your hand, and I trust that You have a good plan for me. Please grant me a peaceful night’s sleep, where my mind can rest and be free from worry. Thank You for Your goodness, mercy, and constant presence in my life. I pray this in Jesus' name, amen.
