# Evening Prayer on Ephesians 4:31-32

## Written prayer

Dear Father, Help us to let go of the unhealthy habits and sins that have been holding us back. Grant us courage to repent of these wrongdoings and turn away from them. Give us a mind to think on things that are pure, lovely, noble, just and excellent. Inspire our hearts with love for You and others, enabling us to live a life full of grace. Teach us to put away all bitterness, anger, wrath and harsh words. Help us to instead show each other compassion and kindness so that we may be tenderhearted as You are. Guide our feet in Your ways so that we will follow in the steps of Jesus and live lives that honor You. We surrender ourselves to You and offer our lives as a living sacrifice.
