## Written prayer

Dear Heavenly Father, We praise You for Your love, truth, and grace that transforms our hearts from the inside out. Help us to understand the importance of guarding our hearts, the wellsprings of life. Teach us to be vigilant against the temptations, distractions, and negativity that can so easily invade our thoughts and feelings. Grant us the discernment to recognize what feeds our souls and what depletes them. Help us to fill our hearts with Your truth, love, and peace, so that our words and actions may reflect Your goodness. In this ever-changing world, may our hearts remain steadfast in You, anchored in faith, overflowing with compassion, and aligned with Your will. In the name of Jesus, our Rock and Redeemer, we pray. Amen.
