Dear Lord, You see what we overlook—the quiet motives, the subtle pride woven into good intentions. We confess that even as we try to lead and protect, we sometimes cross lines we didn’t recognize. Yet You do not turn us away. Give us hearts that soften quickly and spirits willing to return. Teach us to choose mercy over momentum and humility over defensiveness. When the weight of our choices catches up to us, draw us closer instead of letting us run. Remind us that Your correction is never cruel, but precise and healing. Repentance is not about shame, but about coming home. And You are the King who receives us with grace and presence. Amen.
