## Written prayer

Father, you have delivered me out this sin filled world and set me apart as your own. I am your child; you have consecrated me and set me apart to do good works that will glorify your name in the earth. You have washed me clean in the waters of baptism. The blood of your precious son, Jesus, cleansed me from my sins and put white robes of righteousness on me. I am a new creature in Christ. You are a holy God and without sanctifying myself I cannot draw near to you and enter into the intimacy you desire to have with me. Cleanse my heart oh, Lord and renew a right spirit within me. Sanctify my thoughts, attitudes and actions as I humble myself before you. As I separate myself from this world and focus on you and your kingdom principles I feel myself being prepared for a greater revelation of your power. As I align myself with your word I can trust you to reveal your wondrous ways to me. As I draw near to you – you will draw near to me and I will see you move on behalf in a miraculous way, in Jesus name, Amen.
