## Written prayer

Dear Lord, as you continue to form leadership qualities in my life, I feel the weight of that responsibility. I take your authority seriously. I'm humbled by the privilege of setting an example for others to follow. Thank you for anointing me to accomplish this assignment, and thank you that you will bring like-minded companions to share this responsibility with me. You lighten the burden and responsibilities by joining me with others who have the same vision and maturity, in the Spirit, as you are building in me. Together we will seek to speak your mind, your vision, and give sound counsel to others. This makes our roles much easier. Amen.
