# Morning Prayer on Psalm 103:12-14

> As far as the east is from the west, so far has he removed our transgressions from us. Like a father has compassion on his children, so Yahweh has compassion on those who fear him. For he knows how we are made. He remembers that we are dust.

## Written prayer

God, you are patient and abundant in grace. Not only have you forgiven me for all my sins, but you continue to walk with me and in me, so I don’t repeat my mistakes. Yet even if I slip again, you do not hold it against me. Thank you for your compassionate heart toward me, as you keep no record of my wrongs. Teach me to walk gracefully as a saint powerfully indwelt by you. In Jesus’ name, amen.
