## Written prayer

Dear Lord, You see what we cannot—the weight behind our choices and the ache we carry in silence. You know how often we try to lead while our hearts are weary and our strength feels thin. Teach us how to live in the tension, how to walk faithfully when grief and responsibility meet. Quiet our striving and still our restless thoughts. Give us courage not to pretend, but to lead with humility and love. Help us release what we cannot control and rest in Your care. You know what we carry, and You remain with us. Amen.
