## Written prayer

Dear Father, thank You for Your mercies and keeping my heart at peace. Thank You for standing by me today when things became stressful. I know that I will encounter more difficult situations and experience stressful moments tomorrow. Please help me to be calm, patient, and forgiving when these situations arise. Grant me strength during the difficult moments and allow me to understand the importance of forgiveness so that I may experience a sense of peace and serenity in myself and with my relationships. Amen.
