## Written prayer

Lord, You said it and that settles it. Your word is the truth, and you are not a man that you would lie. You are the only one I can depend on who will never let me down. People mean well, but they are imperfect and consequently will disappoint me. I don’t look to man to meet my needs. I look to you. When I put you first, and believe you are faithful, I have more grace to give to others when they fail me. I love them with their imperfections and forgive them, as you love me and forgive me for all my faults. My trust is in you lord. Amen.
