## Written prayer

Dear Father, thank You for Your mercies and keeping my heart at peace. I understand that not every day will be peaceful and calm. I will encounter difficult situations and experience stressful moments. Please help me to be calm, patient, and forgiving when these situations arise. Grant me strength during the difficult moments and allow me to understand the importance of forgiveness so that I may experience a sense of peace and serenity in myself and with my relationships. Amen.
