## Written prayer

My Father and my God, allow me to receive Your mercy and grace today. Fill my heart and mind with Your light this morning. I know that You are with me today to carry me through unfavorable situations and undesirable feelings. Remind me of Your presence when I find myself distracted by people and overwhelmed by outcomes. As the day unfolds, there will be situations that seem unfair and out of my control. No matter how unjust this may sound, I know You are in control, and Your justice will prevail. Amen.
