## Written prayer

Father, not everything in life works out according to our plan. Instead, everything in life goes according to Your plan. Remind me to stay focused on Your Word when I have negative thoughts or hear unfavorable news. Please help me to remain joyful and be at peace even when things seem to be continually unraveling around me. Remind me that You are in control. Remind me that I can be full of joy because You give me the strength and patience to handle anything. Amen.
