## Written prayer

Dear Lord, We know that You discipline those You love. You offer us guidance and protection through discipline, and we become better followers of You. Help us to embrace the times when You correct us. And, as parents, empower us to lovingly discipline our own children. We want to mirror Your love in all things and in every relationship. Give us guidance, Lord, and make us better every day.

In Jesus’ name, Amen.
