Dear Lord, you see us in our fear and weakness, even when our faith is unsteady. Forgive us for rushing ahead and trying to control what belongs to you. Teach us to wait with hope, trusting your perfect timing even when it feels unclear. Help us lead with wisdom and bless those in our care. Remind us that you are always at work, shaping all things for good. Thank you for your patience and for the promise that your purposes will stand. In you alone we find our peace. Amen.
