## Written prayer

Lord, I need to pursue a deeper love relationship with you. The more I love you the easier it is not to sin. I need to understand what your word says so I can walk in accordance with your scriptural principles. You word shows me who you are and helps me understand your desires for me. Your word gives me the strength to overcome the temptations I am confronted with. Teach me how to make a covenant with my eyes that I might not sin against you. Thank you Jesus for drawing near to me in times of temptation so I can overcome my sinful desires. Amen.
