## Written prayer

Dear Lord, help me to feel your presence beside me as I seek to heal these wounds of my past. In you, I find comfort and peace. And to you, I am humbly willing to release this pain, so that I may know true freedom, and can regain my power and joy. Thank you, Lord. In Jesus’s name, Amen.
