## Written prayer

Dear Lord, I thank you I can rest in your presence and sleep in peace, knowing you are near me. My body is relaxed, but your Spirit is infusing my Spirit with your wisdom and instructions. Your Spirit never sleeps but is always watching over me and working out the solutions to the challenges I face. Thank you that I can receive guidance in the night seasons so when I wake I will have the answers necessary to move forward in victory. When I toss and turn in worry, trying to reason out a solution, I cannot hear your gentle voice. Help me rest in quiet assurance you are in control and give me peace. Amen.
