You raise leaders not by human acclaim but by divine calling. Give us courage that kneels before it rises, and obedience that endures even when the path feels long. Shape us into servants who carry responsibility with reverence, not ambition. Let our weakness become the very place Your power takes root. We trust Your faithfulness and rest in Your strength. Amen.
