## Written prayer

Dear Lord Jesus, You were the ultimate example of meekness. When You walked on earth, You held power, but You used that power to build instead of destroy. We pray for the same humble Spirit among husbands and wives. As a couple, they hold power and influence over each other. May they use that power and influence to build one another up instead of tear them down. In Your name, we pray, Amen.
