## Written prayer

Dear God, thank You for being so kind and compassionate. You are always there to listen to me without judgement. Allow me to show this same type of compassion to others. Please help me to let go of any experience of past mistakes and instead focus on my excellent attributes and potential. Please help me to be caring and listen to others with my full attention when they are in distress. Allow me to forgive others just as You have so graciously forgiven me. Amen.
