## Written prayer

Dear God, As we come before You today, we pray for Your help in controlling our anger. We confess that at times we have allowed our emotions to get the best of us, and we ask for Your forgiveness and grace. Help us to listen carefully, to speak kindly, and to act justly in all situations. May our lives reflect Your love and grace, even in the face of adversity. We pray for Your guidance and strength to live in this way, trusting in Your transformative power to work in our hearts.
