## Written prayer

Dear Father, I seek Your presence and wisdom tonight. Please help me to be calm and patient as I end my day. At times I feel programmed to move at a fast pace. Please help me to slow down and listen to Your Word so that my mind and body can relax. Father, grant me with wisdom so that I may listen attentively and with care. Please help to rid my mind of any judgement so that I can emphasize and connect with others more productively tomorrow. Allow my thoughts to be flooded with wisdom so that I may always reflect Your kindness and forgiveness through my words and actions. Amen.
