> Whom having not seen, ye love; in whom, though now ye see him not, yet believing, ye rejoice with joy unspeakable and full of glory: Receiving the end of your faith, even the salvation of your souls.

## Written prayer

Father, your greatest desire is that your children believe in and have faith in the truth of who you are. Even those closest to Christ had their moments of doubt when they had him right in front of them. They traveled with him and saw the miracles he did yet when he was taken from the cross and declared dead. All their faith and trust went out the window. So no wonder those of us who love you when we haven’t seen you are a delight to your heart. What I experience when I worship you and feel your presence is more real than any physical handshake or hug. My heart explodes with love for you and I know that I know you are real. It is that kind of faith that brings forth your blessings. Faith is the substance of things hoped for and the evidence of things not seen. There is no greater faith than a heart full of joy in believing in the truth of who you are by faith. That kind of faith magnifies our faith and saves our soul. It is not just lip service but deep abiding connection to the worship of the unseen God in spirit and in truth. In Jesus name, amen.
