## Written prayer

Dear God, As we come before you today, we ask for your help in dealing with our emotions. Grant us the wisdom to be angry without sinning and to not let the sun go down on our wrath. Help us to communicate in love and to seek resolution in difficult situations. May we be quick to extend forgiveness and to put others before ourselves. We pray for Your guidance and strength to live in this way, trusting in Your transformative power to work in our hearts.
