## Written prayer

Lord, I marvel at your awesome creativity. Your mighty power brought forth the earth’s vegetation when there was none. It was your grace that caused every plant in the field to grow and you watered them through the springs you brought forth from the earth. You had not created the gift of rain yet, and there was no man to cultivate and care for them. You did all this of your own accord. Everything you created was a gift that was born out of your generousity and imagination. You spoke it into existence by your great design. You are the master artist that created this spectacular universe for me to live in. You designed it all for your pleasure and my enjoyment. The man you were soon to create would rule over your masterpiece of beauty. It was all good until sin corrupted the purity of your creation and the battle for the soul of man began. Lord, I never want to take my life and this world for granted. I pray you will always keep me mindful of the omniscient God behind this gift of life, the one who is able to create something beautiful out of chaos. All I have to do is look around and I am hopeful that nothing I am facing in beyond your dymanic creative power. In Jesus name, amen.
