## Written prayer

Dear Lord, help us to embody this teaching in our daily lives. Move us beyond mere words and empty promises to a love that is active, sincere, and reflective of Your love for us. Teach us to show compassion to those around us, to reach out to the hurting, to be generous with our time and resources, and to genuinely care for the needs of others. May our lives be a living testimony of Your love, not just in what we say but in what we do. Help us live authentically, loving others as You have loved us, with selfless, forgiving, and unconditional love. Thank you, Lord, for Your perfect example of love in Jesus Christ and the opportunity to share that love with the world.
