## Written prayer

Dear Lord Jesus, My future is in You. My past failures and mistakes have been buried in the grave, and I am a new creation in Christ Jesus. However, Lord, the memories of my past can keep me paralyzed. Help me to forget what is behind me and press forward toward Your plan for my life. I want to lay hold of the wonderful works You’ve predestined for me. I no longer want to be bound by the past. Instead, I want to strive forward with passion. Help me and empower me, Lord Jesus. In Your precious name, I pray, Amen.
