Waiting stretches us, revealing how deeply we long for certainty. Yet we confess that our trust wavers. We cling to our own plans, hoping they will work out quickly and ease our worries. Give us the courage to release our need for control and to rest in your perfect timing. Teach us to see your goodness even when life feels uncertain. Fill us with a steady hope that endures through every long season. You are faithful, and you finish every good work you begin. Lead us onward with joy. Amen.
