## Written prayer

Lord, you are the master architect of all creation. You had a blueprint in mind when you create this world out of nothing. You laid a foundation to build upon. You called light forth so you could see what you were doing and saw it was good. You separated the light from the darkness and called light ‘day’ and the darkness ‘night and they became evening and morning. You created the expansive sky and call the firmament Heaven. The wind, the air, and the oxygen we breathe, filled the heavens. You created it all. I get excited like a kid with a new finger painting project as I imagine it all taking form and shape. The power – the majesty – the absolute genius of your creation astounds me. It makes me wonder, if you created such an intricate and majestic world out of nothing, what can you create out of my life? You are the God of creativity and you brethed your life into me for a purpose. You are going to fashion something unique out of my life if I’ll let you. Oh, Lord, Yes! I yield to your purpose for my life and surrender my will to your plans. I look forward to the adventure ahead. I know what you do with my life will be more exciting than I could ever imagine. Thy will be done Lord, not mine, in Jesus name, amen.
