## Written prayer

My Father and my God, keep watch over my words today. Remind me to seek You and be patient before reacting to others. Allow my words to always be a reflection of compassion, understanding, and love. Remind me to engage in conversation that is kind and only speaks well of others even when those around me are not doing so. Father, help me always to see the positive side in every conversation so that I can uplift others and give them a sense of peace as well. Amen.
